Keep your listing.
Put your vendor’s outcome first.

No upfront renovation costs for your vendors. We fund the renovations, manage the work and stage the home. The renovation funding is repaid at settlement.

Help your vendor compare selling as-is with a preparation plan, including the proposed investment and estimated outcome after all costs. You keep the listing and focus on buyers and the sale.

Start with a free phone or video conversation. Scope and price are agreed before work begins.

Preparation support for your vendors

A decision your vendor
can understand.

A stronger sale price only helps if the preparation makes financial sense. Start with the work being considered, its cost and what it could mean for the vendor’s net position.

01

Work with a reason

Consider the property’s condition, local buyer demand, comparable sales and your view of the market. Retain what works and prioritise relevant improvements.

02

A sensible preparation budget

Compare the proposed investment and estimated prepared outcome with selling as-is. Keep the discussion focused on what the vendor may retain after all costs.

03

Care through delivery

Sequence trades, review workmanship and track the scope and costs. Explain proposed changes before extra work is agreed.

How we work together

From a property discussion
to a considered decision.

01

Talk through the property

Discuss the property, intended timing and the issues you believe matter to buyers in the local market. The first conversation is free.

02

Take a closer look

Look at what can be retained, what needs repair and which improvements are worth considering for the likely buyer.

03

Review the scope and quote

Give the owner a clear view of the priorities, proposed investment, assumptions and estimated position after costs, alongside the option of selling as-is.

04

Prepare for your campaign

Review the completed scope and presentation, then coordinate readiness with the photography and listing priorities you have discussed.

Questions from agents

Before you
introduce a property.

Do we keep the listing?

Yes. You keep the listing and manage the campaign, buyer enquiries and negotiations. We manage the agreed preparation and keep the vendor informed.

Does the vendor have to renovate?

No. Start by comparing the property as it stands with the work being considered. The owner reviews the priorities, proposed investment and estimated outcome before deciding whether to proceed.

Can we discuss a proposed photography or listing date?

Yes. Tell us your intended dates at the outset. We can discuss the scope, access and scheduling before agreeing the work. Timing is agreed for the individual project.

What does the first consultation cost?

The initial phone or video consultation is free. We’ll talk through the property and explain the next steps, including a site visit and written scope and quote.

Can vendors renovate now and pay later?

Yes. No upfront renovation costs. The renovation funding is repaid at settlement. The scope, total project price and funding terms are agreed in writing before work starts.

Whose details should I use to enquire?

Use your own name, email and phone number. Add your agency and the property’s suburb if you wish. We can discuss the property first and agree the next step with you and your vendor.
