We use your information to understand your property needs, answer enquiries and deliver requested services. You can enquire without agreeing to promotional emails or optional Google Analytics and HubSpot visitor tracking.
1. Who we are
This statement covers our website, assessment enquiries and related communications. Uplift Hub helps owners prepare properties for sale through planning, project coordination, renovations, styling and discussion of suitable funding options.

2. What we collect and why
We collect the details needed to handle your enquiry or requested services, including:
- Your name, contact details and preferred contact method.
- Property information you provide, including location, condition, selling timeframe and requested help.
- Messages, appointments, proposals, agreed work and follow-up records.
- Consent preferences and enquiry sources, such as referring pages or campaign references.
- Technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, including IP addresses, browser details and access logs.
We usually receive information directly through forms, email, telephone or discussions. We may also receive relevant details from your agent or someone acting for you. Only share another person’s information when authorised. HubSpot may also add a company name to relevant records using its enrichment data.
We use information to respond, discuss options, arrange appointments, prepare proposals, manage approved work, maintain records, protect systems and handle complaints or legal obligations. Optional measurement and promotional communications are explained below.
You can ask a general question without identifying yourself. Details marked as required help us respond or assess a property-specific request; without them, we may be unable to help.
An enquiry is not a finance application. Please leave identity documents, bank statements and financial records out of the initial form. If these are needed later, we will explain why, who receives them and how to provide them.
Using Alex, our AI assistant
Alex can answer questions, guide you to website pages and help prepare an enquiry. When you send a chat message, its content, relevant conversation history, details you have shared and the current page context are processed by OpenAI to provide a reply. You can ask general questions without giving your name. Please do not share passwords, identity documents, bank details or sensitive records in chat.
Before an enquiry is sent, you can review and edit your contact details, property information and summary. Only those reviewed details and your processing consent are sent to HubSpot for our team to follow up. The full chat is not sent to HubSpot. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
3. Who helps us handle information
Authorised staff and providers supporting the relevant activity may handle your information:
- WordPress and website providers: website operation, maintenance and security. The contact form can store submissions and send notifications.
- OpenAI: processing Alex conversations to provide AI replies. See OpenAI’s Privacy Policy for its handling of information.
- HubSpot: assessment forms, contact records and follow-up, plus permitted visitor tracking.
- Zoho ZeptoMail: enquiry notifications and service emails, involving addresses, message content and delivery records.
- Microsoft 365 through GoDaddy: business email, correspondence and attachments.
- Google: Analytics and linked Google Ads campaign measurement.
For agreed services, relevant details may go to your authorised agent, trades, suppliers or professional advisers. We may also disclose information where required or permitted by applicable law.
4. Website tracking and your choices
Analytics: Google Analytics 4 loads after you accept Analytics. It measures visits, interactions and enquiry sources using information such as pages viewed, device details, approximate location and campaign references. Our custom event records successful submission and the form system used; it does not add your name, email, phone number or message to that event. Other technical identifiers are still involved.
Google Ads: Analytics is linked to Google Ads for campaign measurement. Advertising personalisation is off for this link. Linking is separate from enabling remarketing, customer-list uploads or enhanced conversions.
Marketing tracking: the separate HubSpot visitor tracker loads after Marketing acceptance. Permitted browsing activity may be associated with your contact record when you identify yourself through a form.
Alex: when you interact with the assistant, a necessary session cookie and browser tab storage keep your conversation together as you move between pages. These support the chat you request and are separate from optional analytics and marketing tracking.
Forms: you can still enquire when optional tracking is rejected. Forms communicate with their providers and delivery or security services to load and process your submission.
Use Privacy choices to change optional tracking. Read our Cookie Policy, Google’s Privacy Policy and HubSpot’s Privacy Policy for more information.
5. Email preferences
Enquiry handling, optional tracking and promotional emails are separate choices. Submitting an enquiry or accepting optional cookies does not, by itself, subscribe you to promotional emails. You choose separately whether to receive them. You can unsubscribe through a promotional email or contact us. Necessary communications about your enquiry or requested services may continue.
6. Storage, security and retention
We hold information in website, CRM and business-email systems. Our website’s ZeptoMail service is configured to use Zoho’s India region for transactional email processing. HubSpot’s main account hosting is in Australia, but providers, support teams and subcontractors may process information overseas, including in the United States. Locations depend on each provider’s arrangements. See HubSpot’s provider list for its processing and support locations.
We use controlled system access and secure website connections to help protect information. Retention depends on the record, enquiry, agreed work, correspondence, complaints and applicable legal requirements. Those requirements may limit deletion. Backup copies can have different deletion cycles. Contact us about a particular record.
Alex’s conversation and draft details are kept in your browser tab and in encrypted temporary website storage, with a 30-minute inactivity expiry. Clearing the chat removes its conversation and draft details. Minimal encrypted submission references and outcomes are retained to prevent duplicate enquiries; these do not contain your contact details, summary or chat. Expired website records and backups may be removed on different schedules. Submitted enquiries remain in HubSpot and related follow-up systems. OpenAI processes chat content under its own service retention arrangements, which can involve processing outside Australia.
7. Requests and concerns
Contact us using the details above to request access or correction, ask about deleting a record, update your preferences or raise a privacy concern. Include enough detail for us to find the record and a way to reply. We may need to verify your identity; please do not send identity documents initially. We will explain any further information needed, any limits on access or deletion, and the outcome. Deleting cookies does not delete submitted enquiry records.
We will review complaints and respond within a reasonable time, explaining any delay. If unresolved, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner can explain available complaint options; its jurisdiction depends on the circumstances and applicable law.
We will update this statement when our practices change. Other websites have their own privacy information. Our services are intended for adults; contact us if a child has provided information that should not be held.
