Real Uplift Hub work

A real room. A visible difference.

The same bathroom, before and after renovation. A timber-look vanity, updated fixtures and lighter finishes give the room a different feel.

Your project starts with your own room, priorities and budget. We assess what to retain, refresh or replace.

One room or a connected renovation

Make the spaces you use
every day work better.

Start with the problems you want to solve. We assess the existing layout and condition before recommending what to retain, refresh or replace.

Practical can look considered.

Overhead cupboards, a work surface and a sink bring storage and everyday tasks together in this laundry example.

Bring us the things that make your room difficult to use. You do not need a finished design to start the conversation.

Discuss your renovation

A considered renovation

The right changes.
A clear plan.

A full replacement is not always the right starting point. We look at how the room works, the condition of what is there and what your budget needs to achieve.

Keep what works

Compare a targeted refresh with a fuller renovation. Retaining sound elements or an effective layout can leave more of the budget for the changes that matter to you.

Plan the details

Think through storage, movement, fixture positions and finishes together. Review the proposed scope and selections before agreeing to the work.

Coordinate the work

Sequence cabinetry, plumbing, electrical work and finishes. Plan access and room downtime, check progress and workmanship, and explain proposed changes for your approval.

Your questions

The questions worth asking first.

Cost, changes and who handles the work. Get a clearer picture before you begin.

How much will my renovation cost?

Kitchens start from $14,999, bathrooms from $15,999, laundries from $7,999, and a kitchen and bathroom together from $29,999. The final cost depends on the room, the work involved, your selections and whether the layout or services need to change. Our first conversation helps us understand your priorities and budget expectations, and identify what needs a closer look before pricing. The scope and quote are agreed separately before work begins.

What does the price guarantee cover?

The guarantee applies to the scope, selections and price we agree before work begins. If that agreed scope stays the same, your price stays the same. Any proposed work outside that scope is explained and agreed with you before proceeding.

What happens if something unexpected comes up?

Extra work could include repairs to hidden damage uncovered once work starts. You might also request a change to the agreed layout or fittings. If this requires work outside the agreed scope, we explain what is involved, the additional cost and any effect on timing, then agree the change with you before proceeding.

Do I need to organise the trades?

Uplift coordinates the agreed renovation and trade sequence. We discuss access, room downtime and the practical arrangements with you, so you understand how the work will be managed.

Can I renovate just one room?

Yes. Tell us whether you are considering one room or several connected spaces. The assessment will help define the scope that suits your home and priorities.

Do I need a design before contacting you?

No. Start with what does not work in the room and what you would like to improve. Photos, rough measurements and examples of finishes you like can help the conversation.

Can I live in the home during the work?

That depends on the scope, access and facilities available. Discuss room downtime and the practical arrangements before work begins, especially where your only kitchen or bathroom is affected.

What if I am renovating before selling?

Let us know your selling plans. We will consider the proposed room renovation as part of the wider preparation budget and buyer expectations. You can also explore our pre-sale renovation page.
